If you notify us in writing that you want to cancel your Card within 25 days from the date these Conditions of Use are sent to you, we will refund any annual account and any joint/additional cardholder fees. If you or any joint cardholder cancel your Card, your Account will be cancelled and can no longer be used. Your Account will be closed when the outstanding balance has been paid at which point we will refund a pro-rata portion of the annual account fee you are entitled to.
